We're looking for a confident, organisedWarehouse Team Leaderwho can keep our picking and dispatch operation running smoothly through our busy summer season.
This is a hands‐on leadership role wherecommunication, organisation and people skills matter just as much as getting the job done.
You'll work closely with our admin team, warehouse pickers and delivery drivers to make sure orders are picked accurately, trucks are ready on time, and everyone is working together respectfully and efficiently.
A big part of the role will be setting the standard for the team — keeping communication qualified, maintaining a positive workplace, solving problems calmly and making sure our drivers and other team members are treated with respect.
You'll also be happy to jump in when needed, including checking stock and orders, helping with picking, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping the warehouse organised.
We're looking for someone who:
Is a confident and clear communicator

Can lead a busy team while remaining calm and approachable
Is comfortable holding people accountable and maintaining workplace standards
Is highly organised and notices the details
Builds good relationships with warehouse staff, admin and drivers
Leads by example and isn't afraid to help on the floor
Wants to create a positive, respectful and productive team environment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
Overtime available during our busy summer period
Clean warehouse, good conditions and a supportive team
This is a practical, active role — not a desk job — but we're looking for someone who bringsleadership, organisation and great people skillsto the warehouse floor.
If you're someone who can bring people together, keep standards high and make sure the day runs smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
