The City of Rockingham is seeking an experienced Land Development Inspection Officer - Subdivisions to join the Planning and Development team in Rockingham, WA.
You will assess Construction, Dust, Noise and Environmental Management Plans, undertake subdivision inspections and ensure civil works meet approved plans and legislation.
Working with developers, consultants and contractors, you will provide specialist advice on engineering conditions, monitor compliance through all subdivision stages
