Mind Connections, a specialist psychiatry and psychology practice in Carlingford, seeks a medical receptionist for two fixed days each week, 8:30am–5:00pm.
The role is pivotal as the first contact for patients, families, and referrers, handling bookings, referrals, and Medicare/DVA submissions.
The successful candidate will be warm, discreet and detail-focused, with robust confidentiality and the ability to stay calm in busy periods.
Medical reception experience is welcome but not essential.
