In thisKEYrole, reporting to and being mentored by an outstanding practice leader/special counsel (with over 25+ years' exp), you will enjoy thechallenge+ satisfactionof doing justice for your plaintiff clients focusing mainly onCTP/motor vehicle accidents plus some common lawwork injury damages and public liability.
You will be actively involved in case management of cases from start to finish (if a paralegal) and if a lawyer have carriage of your own files.

are an admittedlawyerin NSW (or nearing)with minimum2 years'+ post-admission personal injurylegal experienceincluding in NSWCTP (essential) OR a paralegal/law clerk with 4+ yrsexperience;
have a solid understanding of relevantNSW CTPlegislation/court practice+procedure (essential), somelitigationexperience+ strong communication and people skills;
areproactive,can work in afast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
