Tabcorp MAX Data Monitoring Services is seeking a Venue Support Officer on a 2 year fixed term contract in Recent South Wales.
You will deliver high-quality customer service, review gaming data for accuracy, and build trusted relationships with venue contacts to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
You will provide end-to-end support, investigate operational issues, and coordinate timely solutions while maintaining secure handling of sensitive information.
