You will supervise contractors, inspect sites, assess civil applications and prepare cost estimates as part of ongoing maintenance and renewal projects.
You will coordinate works programs, monitor quality, manage contracts and respond to enquiries from residents, Councillors and authorities, ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements.
