What You'll Do:
You will be instrumental throughout the entire recruitment process, and you can expect your responsibilities to be as follows:
Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.
Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients and candidates.
