Based in Malaga, we are expanding and seeking a capable HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced HR or recruitment professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a fast‐paced environment.
You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, rostering, and client relationship management.
As the business grows, this position offers a clear pathway to full‐time employment.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying recruitment gaps and workforce requirements across health sector
End-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing through to placement
Onboarding and offboarding coordination
Rostering and workforce scheduling to support client requirements
Client relationship management and service delivery support
HR administration, performance management, and employee investigations
Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
Identifying workforce challenges and implementing practical recruitment solutions
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR, recruitment, and workforce processes and systems
What You Bring
Experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or workforce management
Solid communication and relationship‐building capability




High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence in handling HR issues and supporting investigations
Experience with rostering systems (advantageous)
