We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Bundoora, Australia.

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
Manage and maintain employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Support the onboarding process for new hires and conduct new employee orientations
Administer employee benefits programs and answer employee inquiries
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with management on performance management processes and employee relations issues
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and regulations




Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in HR roles
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
Experience in employee relations and performance management
Familiarity with training and development programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Solid verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
