Role Description
This is a multi-faceted role combining customer service, logistics and warehouse duties.
You'll be the link between customers, the sales team, warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales enquiries, quotes and customer orders
Build strong relationships with trade,



builder and commercial customers
Coordinate dispatch, deliveries and daily logistics requirements
Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders run smoothly
Assist with stock coordination and inventory management
Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and customer requirements
Coordinate and provide direction to warehouse staff when required
Identify opportunities to improve processes, service and efficiency
Ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and operational standards
Role Requirements
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, logistics or warehouse coordination
Experience within construction, building products or a related industry will be highly regarded
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident using computer systems and processing orders
A hands-on approach with the ability to work across both office and warehouse environments
Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership
Leadership or warehouse supervision experience would be advantageous
Salary and Benefits
Base $70k - $75k + 12% Super
