You will lead the end-to-end development of tender submissions, EOIs and award submissions, coordinating input from technical, operational and commercial stakeholders to deliver persuasive, client-focused content.
You'll mentor junior team members, drive process improvements and ensure submissions are delivered on time to high standards, helping secure major infrastructure
