Job Description
What you'll be doing
Provide high-quality hygiene care and treatment within established practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
Work alongside experienced clinicians and supportive practice teams
Deliver comprehensive patient care while maintaining clinical autonomy
Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and peer support
Contribute to a positive patient and practice experience
About You
Hold current unconditional AHPRA registration
Have the right to work in Australia
Are committed to providing high-quality patient care
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Current (or eligible) AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist/OHT
Recognised qualification in Dental Hygiene
Demonstrated experience providing preventive and periodontal care
Current radiation licence (as applicable by state/territory)
Desirable
Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary environments
Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W) or similar practice software
Additional training in advanced periodontal or preventive programs
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical knowledge within the hygiene scope of practice
Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills
Ability to motivate and empower patients toward improved oral health
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Confident computer literacy
