Techno-Functional Senior Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business
stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions meet business
objectives while aligning with technical feasibility. This role requires a
strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to deliver high-quality
solutions for complex projects.

Gathering & Analysis
Engage
with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business
requirements.
Translate
business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Solution
Design & Delivery
Collaborate
with architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
Support
system configuration, integration, and testing activities.
Facilitate
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
Stakeholder
Management
Act
as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
Communicate
project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively.
Process
Improvement & Automation
Identify
opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
Recommend
best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Project
Governance
Ensure
compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.




Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables across
multiple workstreams

in SQL, data analysis, and system integration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's

focus.
Certifications
such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Protected are highly desirable.
Preferred
Experience
Exposure
to cloud transformation projects and data governance.
Experience
in financial services, regulatory reporting, or similar domains.
Hands-on involvement in automation and digital
transformation initiatives
