Join Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd as a full-time Site Manager in Sydney, NSW. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the success of the company's construction projects. With our continued growth we are seeking a Site manager for a new 12 month build in McMahons Point. The site is cleared ready for you to commence the build.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task monitoring
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement effective safety procedures
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Manage and oversee the work of construction teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project plans, budgets, and site records
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
What we're looking for
Minimum (5 + years) as a Site Manager for residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
Must have High End residential experience in the 3 to 7million dollar range.
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and the current NCC compliance with materials,



and equipment
Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Detailed understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Proficiency in using Procore and Microsoft Project advantageous
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and able to problem solve and drive projects to timelines.
Successful applicant would be required to work 6 day programme.
Will consider a contract if preferred.
