About the role
Dark Red Industries is seeking a
Factory Worker
to join our team at our Kelso, NSW facility. This is a
casual position
offering flexibility to work on an as-needed basis. As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the assembly and processing of frames and trusses that meet our high- quality standards. This position is essential to maintaining our production schedules and ensuring operational efficiency across our facility.
What you'll be doing
Operating machinery and equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Assembling and processing components as part of our production line workflows
Performing quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
Packaging and labelling finished products for storage or dispatch
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of work stations
Following health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe workplace
Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Assisting with inventory management and material handling as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly work, or factory environments (preferred but not essential)
Ability to operate machinery safely and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards




Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting items
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required
A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (if applicable to your circumstances)
Willingness to undertake training on company equipment and processes
Robust commitment to health and safety in the workplace
