We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Legal Assistant/Reception position with a well-established Perth law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, personable and keen to build their skills within a professional legal environment.
The role can be full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.00pm, or four days per week, with some flexibility around the right candidate's availability.
What will you be doing?
You'll provide general administrative and reception support across the office, with responsibilities including:
Answering incoming calls and assisting with reception enquiries
Monitoring and responding to reception emails
General email and administrative support
Managing office printers and stationery supplies
Processing timesheets
Assisting with boardroom meetings and room preparation
Managing staff amenities and general office requirements
Banking
Archiving and maintaining files
Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
What we're looking for
You don't need years of legal experience for this role — it's all about attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
