Intuitive IT is hiring an IT Helpdesk Officer to join our Melbourne team on a 6-month contract, view-to-perm. The role supports Microsoft 365, Dropbox for Business, Google Workspace, Windows and MacOS environments, with remote and occasional onsite assistance.
A tertiary IT qualification and 1–2 years in helpdesk are required. You will use Autotask PSA, RMM and Team Viewer to resolve issues, maintain documentation and ensure high service levels.
