As part of our ongoing digital transformation and workforce analytics initiative, we are seeking a passionate and analytical
HR Data Analytics Intern
to join our HR People & Culture team.
About the Role
This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate with a background in
Human Resources
(
Data Analytics)
, to gain hands-on experience in HR data management and analytics within a dynamic industry environment.
You will support the HR People & Culture Department in analyzing workforce data, streamlining reporting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize HR data from systems such as
Xero
,
BambooHR
, and internal records.
Assist in developing
dashboards and reports
that track HR metrics (e.g., attendance, , performance trends).
Support workforce planning and compliance reporting requirements.




Identify data patterns and provide insights to improve employee experience and business performance.
Assist in documentation, process mapping, and improvement of HR data workflows.
Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects related to data quality and analytics.
About You
You are analytical, curious, and passionate about the intersection between people and data. You enjoy problem-solving and working in a team-oriented, practical environment.
Requirements:
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Data Analytics
,
Business
,
Statistics
, or related field.
Strong proficiency in
Excel
, SharePoint, or
Google Sheets
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and interest in workforce analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
