About The Role
We're on the hunt for both seasoned professionals and up and comers to join our fantastic front of house crew.
Located just a stones throw away from Launceston in the stunning Relbia region, Josef Chromy restaurant is a hatted restaurant offering a perfect blend of fine dining and breathtaking views.
We'd love for you to join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Craft unforgettable experiences for our guests, whether it's an intimate lunch or a luxurious wedding event
Dive into the world of food and wine with our comprehensive on-the-job training
Enjoy variety in your week — bounce between refined daytime restaurant service and lively evening events and weddings

What do we need from you
The Successful Applicant Will Possess




The ability to work in a team environment
Genuine desire to learn, evolve and adapt in a fast paced environment
A positive attitude and interest in exceptional customer service
Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends and evening/late night shifts
Professional, punctual and well-presented
A current RSA
At least 2 years experience in customer service and/or hospitality and tourism
Wine knowledge is beneficial, but not required
