We are looking for an experienced, reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide complex care support to a participant in the Central Coast area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting participants with complex care needs and be confident working independently.
Key responsibilities
Provide complex care support to participants
Perform hoisting and transfers
Deliver complex personal care
Follow care plans and health-related support procedures
Support participants with high and complex needs
Maintain valuable communication and documentation
About you
Experience with hoisting and transfers
Experience with complex personal care
Confidence following care plans and health-related support procedures
Experience supporting participants with high and complex needs
Good communication and documentation skills
Reliable, patient and professional
Current relevant disability-sector checks and qualifications
