Endeavour Group's Coutts Commercial Hotel in Ayr seeks an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across bar, bistro and gaming spaces. You'll drive guest-focused service, maintain a warm, country-hospitality vibe, and support the Publican to ensure protected, smooth operations during peak periods.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people skills, and valid RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence.
