IFYS is hiring Residential Youth Workers to support children and young people in Ipswich as part of our Child Protection Residential Care Programs. You'll provide a safe, nurturing setting, follow case plans, and help youth develop life skills.
Reporting to the Case Manager, you'll manage behaviours, plan activities, and complete daily admin. A strong commitment to wellbeing, inclusion, and confidentiality is essential for this role.
