Key Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
Proven experience in Dynamics functional consulting and solution design.
Strong understanding of CRM operating models and business processes.
Experience working across Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and integrations.
Solid business analysis and process optimisation capability.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions.
Experience operating as a
Senior Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, SME or Dynamics Solution Consultant
.




Strong understanding of standard D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) business processes and modules.
Worked on Production, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and Advanced Warehousing processes.
Not demonstrated experience in D365 FO rollout or implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading other Dynamics professionals.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
