Parramatta – Hybrid working arrangement
Temporary – Full-Time (35 HPW)
Clerk Grade 3/4, base salary ($87,199 - $95,482), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Provide legal, administrative, and clerical support while delivering high-quality client service in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
What you'll do
Provide high-quality legal, administrative, and clerical support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Manage incoming calls and enquiries professionally, delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and competing priorities to support the effective delivery of legal services.
Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices, preparing payment documentation, and supporting budget-related activities.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment by managing projects, meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.

Strong organisational and time management skills
, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
High level of attention to detail
, ensuring accuracy in legal documentation, correspondence, data entry, and administrative processes.
