Position Summary:
Prepare and issue guests, corporate, event, and miscellaneous receivable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable ledgers, ensuring debtor balances are accurate and maintained within agreed credit terms.
Follow up outstanding accounts and collection activities to minimise overdue balances and reduce bad debt exposure.
Reconcile daily receipts, bank statements, and payment transactions, ensuring all payments are accurately allocated and recorded.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliation variances promptly.
Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and relevant balance sheet accounts.
Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
Assist with other accounting and finance functions as required, providing support to the Finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
