Responsibilities
Configure andcustomize solutions using Salesforce platform to support criticalbusiness functions and meet project objectives and clientrequirements
EnsuringSalesforce best practices are followed in configuring andcustomizing the application
Provide detailedlevel of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
Articulate thebenefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality
Develop, test,and document working custom development, integrations, and datamigration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Follow andunderstand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resultingfrom product releases and acquisitions
Communicate withproject manager, scrum master, clients and other developers todesign cohesive project strategies and ensure effectivecollaboration throughout all phases of development, testing anddeployment
Interact directlywith clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyzeproject objectives and capability requirements, includingspecifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactionswith internal Salesforce instances
