Sunshine Coast Health, part of Queensland Health, is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Mental Health Homeless Health Outreach Team in Twin Waters, QLD. You will perform advanced mental health assessments, care coordination and clinical interventions for people experiencing homelessness in the community.
The role requires adherence to NSQHS Standards and the Protected Care Framework, with a values-based culture and opportunities for development within MHSS.
