The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro Shop and provide friendly, professional service to our members and customers.
Key responsibilities
Retail sales and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining strong product knowledge across golf equipment, apparel and accessories
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop
Assisting with club competitions and social golf bookings
Supporting general golf operations and member services
Helping maintain a welcoming, professional and well-presented shop environment
About you
Passionate about golf and enthusiastic about the game
A positive team player with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Well presented, reliable, self-motivated and professional
Open-minded, willing to learn and receptive to feedback
Friendly and confident when dealing with members and customers
Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
Available to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
