We are looking for a driven and values-led State Manager to join our leadership team and lead the continued success of our operations in Victoria.
Your role
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the growth, stability, and day-to-day operations of the business in the region.
You will:
Identify and implement continuous improvement and change initiatives that enhance operational performance
Drive growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts
Customer centric - retain and nurture relationships with key clients
Monitor and manage state financial performance (EBIT)
Contribute to national business strategy, innovation, and improvement
Champion compliance, safety, and quality standards
Uphold a culture of integrity and accountability
Be a visible, values-led leader who earns trust and credibility across the business
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A strategic sales focus and ability to manage client and subcontractor agreements
Proven experience in transport/logistics management
Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports
A natural drive for excellence, attention to detail, and operational efficiency
Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
