Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Brunswick branch to lead daily operations, drive sales, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be a hands-on leader who supports the Store Manager and fosters a team-oriented, high-performance store environment.
The role requires experience in automotive parts or related sectors, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and OH&S; compliance. A current full driver's license is essential.
