About the Opportunity
As an Enquiry Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support and helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
This is a customer-focused phone-based role where every conversation matters. You'll build genuine connections with landlords and tenants while providing guidance across a range of enquiries, including:
Quotes, renewals and new business applications
Policy enquiries and Certificates of Currency
Directing claim‐related enquiries to the appropriate team
Accurately recording customer interactions and maintaining customer records
No two days will be the same. You'll work in a dynamic environment influenced by seasonal trends and events such as natural disasters across Australia, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate and compassionate support.
You'll also play an important role in ensuring customers are well informed by following compliance requirements, underwriting guidelines and providing relevant disclosures.

Monday–Friday hours with no weekends required

About You
A genuine passion for customer service and supporting others
Strong communication and active listening skills
The ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
The ability to follow processes, procedures and compliance requirements
A positive, team‐focused attitude with the ability to build robust working relationships
Previous customer service, contact centre or insurance experience (highly regarded)
Availability to commence Monday 12 October (essential)
