Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is seeking an Educational Leader to shape high‐quality practice across our 54‐place centre. You'll mentor educators, support programming, and model reflective practice on the floor, partnering with the Centre Manager to uplift educational quality.
You'll bring Diploma or Bachelor level Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications, robust pedagogy knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style, with a focus on EYLF and NQS alignment.
