About the Role
We are looking for suitably qualified and experiencedAccountantto join our finance team, with a primary focus onpayrollandaccounts payable. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys process accuracy, compliance and building strong relationships across the business, with genuine scope to grow their career within the finance function.
This is a full time, permanent role, Monday - Friday, based in our Head Office in Perth CBD.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end processing and management of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and awards
Oversight of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments and reconciliations
Maintainingpayroll records, superannuation, PAYGand other statutory obligations
Reconciling AP and payroll accounts as part ofmonth-end close
Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
Assisting withaudits,



reporting and process improvements
Supportingbroader finance and accounting functionsas required, with opportunities to expand into wider areas of the business over time
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
Minimum 2-3 yearsproven experience in payroll and accounts payable(essential)
Relevantaccounting qualification(or working towards one) highly regarded
Knowledge ofpayroll complianceand relevant legislation
High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
Proficiency with accounting/payroll software(Trimble Vista preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with an interest in developing broader accounting and finance skills
