Fresh out of uni? Perfect!You don't need years of experience, just an eagerness to learn. You'll be mentored by an ER team with more than 40 years' combined experience, led by a Head of ER who is passionate about developing their people as we deliver a current three-year ER strategy. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role at our Fortitude Valley office, with opportunities to support managers on site across resources, construction, manufacturing and healthcare.
What does a day as an Employment Relations Graduate look like?
Your day may include:
Supporting ER case management and helping resolve real-time people issues.
Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and other industrial instruments.
Getting involved in enterprise bargaining and change management.
Assisting with Fair Work matters, compliance and administration.
Contributing to systems implementation and ER improvement projects.
