About the Role
Working closely with the Principal, you will:
Lead the College's teaching and learning strategy.
Build a safe, inclusive and supportive school culture.
Lead teaching and learning teams to maximise student growth and engagement.
Oversee professional learning and staff development initiatives.
Strengthen partnerships with students, families, staff and the broader community.

About You
You are a practising Catholic and experienced educational leader with:
A passion for student wellbeing and holistic education.
Demonstrated leadership experience in Catholic education.
Robust relationship-building, communication and people leadership skills.
A commitment to faith formation, continuous improvement and community engagement.
