What This Role is About

We have an exciting opportunity for aGraduate Design Manager to join our Perth office.
Working within our Defence team, you'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering projects while developing your technical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll work alongside experienced Design Managers and technical specialists, gaining exposure to a wide range of Defence infrastructure projects.
How You'll Contribute Day-to-Day

Support the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams across Defence projects.
Assist with project planning, design coordination and project delivery activities.
Work closely with internal teams, clients and project stakeholders to help achieve successful project outcomes.
Contribute to project meetings, documentation and reporting.
Assist in preparing scopes of work, technical reports and client deliverables.
Support project programme, scope and budget reviews.
Build your understanding of Defence project requirements, standards and delivery processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence across the team.

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A willingness to learn and develop within a Design Management and Defence project environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
An interest in multidisciplinary project delivery and collaboration.
A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for professional development.

Australian Citizenship is required to support Defence projects and meet client security requirements.
