Duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintain accurate fleet records and data across Council systems.
Assist with fleet correspondence, documentation and general administration.
Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders and service requests.
Support the coordination of vehicle allocations and bookings.
Maintain organised electronic and hard-copy records.
Participate in structured training and development as part of your traineeship.
Provide day-to-day support to the Fleet team and assist with a variety of operational activities.

You will have
Be a current Year 12 student, recent school leaver, or early career professional.
Strong willingness to learn and develop administrative skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.




Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
