Duties will include but not be limited to:
Deliver high-quality, professional customer service across Council's Call Centre and Customer Service Counter.
Respond to customer enquiries, transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently.
Provide information on Council services and refer or escalate enquiries to the appropriate teams when required.
Communicate professionally and courteously with a diverse range of customers, including in challenging situations.
Build effective relationships with Council teams to support positive customer outcomes.
Participate in training and development to build knowledge of Council services, policies and procedures.

You will have
Be a current Year 12 student, recent school leaver, or early career professional.
Effective written and verbal Communication skills.
Computer literacy skills




Previous experience in a customer service role is not essential but advantageous.
