to appoint its first senior marketing leader.
The business has developed an innovative connected technology platform helping workplaces and commercial spaces
reduce single-use plastic
while improving the drinks experience.
Following a
$10m growth raise
and with
50+ enterprise customers
, including Google, Meta, Atlassian, Uber and Netflix, the company is entering its next stage of growth.
The opportunity
This is a genuine
build-from-the-ground-up marketing role
. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to define the go-to-market strategy, build the marketing function and develop a globally recognised sustainable technology brand.
Initially, the role will be both
strategic and hands-on
, with the opportunity to build the team as the company scales.
What you'll own
Build the overall
marketing strategy and function
Develop B2B
go-to-market and demand generation
Define ICPs, positioning and customer journeys
Build brand, content, digital and product marketing
Lead
PR, events, partnerships and campaigns
Improve CRM, automation, analytics and reporting
Support




product launches and international expansion
Own marketing budget and performance
Build and lead the future marketing team
What we're looking for
Strong
B2B marketing and demand generation
experience
Experience building or scaling a marketing function
Startup or high-growth experience
Comfortable moving between
strategy and hands-on execution
Robust commercial, creative and analytical judgement
Experience working with
founders and senior sales teams
Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Experience across
technology, SaaS, workplace tech, hospitality, F&B;, wellness or sustainability
is highly regarded.
