Key Responsibilities
Assess the effectiveness of risk management systems.
Facilitate risk and improvement workshops.
Engage with clients and technical experts.
Develop practical risk tools, including checklists, incident reporting systems and Power BI dashboards.
Review how risk controls and tools perform in practice.
Analyse and present findings to clients.

About you You will have:
A bachelor's degree or higher.
5+ years' experience in a high-hazard industry, such as mining, chemical processing or heavy industry
A systems thinking approach to risk and organisational effectiveness.
Knowledge of Bowtie assessments
Solid practical and operational experience.
The ability to navigate complex problems and uncertainty.
A focus on outcomes rather than simply following processes.
Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
Acurrent Australian Driver's Licence.
