As an
Analyst, Performance & Reporting
, you'll be part of the team responsible for providing the performance insights, reporting and governance that underpin the Consumer Cards portfolio.
Working across a broad stakeholder group, you'll help leaders understand business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support informed decision-making through accurate, insightful and timely reporting.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Develop and maintain Executive and Partner reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio
Deliver accurate reporting, reconciliations and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
Coordinate portfolio planning, strategic reviews and quarterly business review activities
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the cards business
Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, dependencies and growth opportunities
Provide analysis on competitor activity, industry developments and market trends
Establish and maintain performance management frameworks that improve portfolio visibility and accountability
Track progress against strategic objectives, business plans and transformation initiatives
Support governance activities and ensure reporting aligns with regulatory and business requirements
Work with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Technology,



Operations and Distribution to achieve business outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional action plans and performance improvement initiatives
Deliver clear and actionable insights that inform prioritisation and investment decisions
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You'll need:
2+ years' experience in portfolio management, product management, banking, financial services, payments or a related field
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio performance and business economics
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience developing reporting, performance analysis or portfolio management frameworks
Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capability
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions
High attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentation development
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience using reporting and analytical tools, with advanced Excel skills highly regarded
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
