About the Job
Our client is a well-known purpose-led organisation seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead the development of an organisation-wide communications strategy and establish a scalable communications framework across the business.
This is a hands-on strategic communications role ideal for someone who enjoys building communications frameworks, stakeholder engagement, campaign planning, and multi-channel communications strategy.
You'll work across internal and external communications initiatives, creating a repeatable blueprint that ensures consistent messaging and execution across campaigns, events and business-wide initiatives.
This is a 3-month contract opportunity with an immediate start.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for:
Developing an organisation-wide communications strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
Creating a communications blueprint and planning framework that can be adopted across the organisation
Establishing channel strategies across digital, social, email, events and stakeholder communications
Building integrated campaign plans for both internal and external audiences
Consolidating fragmented communications approaches into a consistent operating model
Partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, brand and engagement teams
About You




We're looking for a senior communications professional who can quickly assess an organisation's current state and build a practical, scalable communications strategy.
You'll likely bring:
6-8+ years' experience in communications, corporate affairs or communications strategy
Experience developing organisation-wide communications frameworks and plans
Strong capability across both internal and external communications
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience managing communications across multiple channels and audience groups
Strong writing, planning and campaign development capabilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes quickly
