About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager plays an important role acrossour business, supporting the Branch Manager to foster a positive and safe workenvironment that delivers exceptional service to our customers.
Tasked withsupervising and coaching branch team members to work to Kennards Hirestandards, you will enjoy helping others to grow and develop in their role.Your responsibilities include:
Takingcharge of daily tasks and stepping up as a leader when the Branch Manageris unavailable.
Handlingfront desk operations and overseeing branch administration.
Supervisingequipment maintenance and upholding workshop standards to ensure optimalperformance for our customers.
Ensuring smooth opening and closing of the branch as required.
Embracingongoing growth through training and development, enhancing your skills andexpertise.
Rosteringand supervising staff to maximise efficiency.
About you




Previousexperience within a retail sales / leadership role from the trade orhardware industry - highly desirable
Animpressive track record in people management, effective coaching, andperformance enhancement.
Exceptionalcustomer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
Excellentcommunication skills and tech savvy
Strongteam player and a commitment to safety
