We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs.
Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them.
This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Seeking a child respite provider for a young boy who is compassionate, attentive, patient and committed to helping a child thrive through consistent routines and guidance.

Duties
Respite care is to be conducted in child's home -or out in the community.
Community outings are encouraged.
Assist with transportation from school back home or out to community activities.
Work on safety skills and transitions in home and out in the community.
Assist with organizational skills and check in on schoolwork.
Build on social and communication skills
Hang out and have fun!
This kiddo enjoys taking care of his kitties, going to the mall to browse, getting a bite to eat, riding around on his electric bike, and so much more.

Requirements
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a caregiver/criminal background check
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preference to those with previous experience working with individuals with support needs.
Comfortable with pets in home.

If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member.
CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
