Due to continued growth, we are seeking a
New Car Sales Consultant
to join our high-performing and successful sales team.
This role is suited to someone who understands automotive sales or can learn how to build value, negotiate effectively and manage customers professionally.

About the Role
You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a salesperson who understands the sales process and can confidently convert opportunities into delivered vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to delivery
Conducting vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Negotiating and confidently closing sales opportunities
Building solid customer relationships and managing follow-up
Working closely with finance, aftermarket, and management teams




Achieving monthly sales and performance targets
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Has previous sales experience with proven sales success
Knows how to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals
Understands follow-up, pipeline management, and maximising opportunities
Is driven by performance, results, and uncapped earning potential
Takes pride in professionalism and customer service
Contributes positively to team culture and continuous improvement
Wants to be part of a positive team culture and build a long-term career
Must be available to work on Saturdays
