We're looking for an experienced Managing Consultant specialising in
Mining or Power & Renewables
to join our team. You'll take ownership of contract recruitment across your specialist market, building strong client relationships, developing new business and connecting skilled professionals with some of the most exciting projects in the sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the full contract recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to placements and ongoing relationship management.
Identify and develop new opportunities, build your client network and grow NES Fircroft's presence across your specialist market.
Develop a strong understanding of your sector, staying ahead of market trends and providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Build and engage a high-quality specialist talent pool while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Share your expertise with junior team members, supporting their development and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing contract recruitment within an agency environment.
Recruitment experience or a strong network within Mining or Power & Renewables.
A demonstrated ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Confidence identifying opportunities, developing client networks and generating new business.
A motivated, proactive and commercially minded approach with the ability to take ownership of your market.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at all levels.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to team success.
