This beautiful, contemporary early learning centre located in
Melbourne's inner suburbs
offers high‐quality care for children from 6 weeks to school age, with thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments. The service is known for its inquiry‐based philosophy, encouraging children to explore their interests and ask questions to extend their learning.
This is an opportunity for a motivated early childhood professional to step into meaningful leadership, support high-quality education, and help shape a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
This role will see you providing hands‐on leadership across education and operations. You'll mentor educators, support practice in rooms, contribute to continuous improvement, and assist with daily management and compliance aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard.

You'll play a key role in:
Coaching and supporting educators

EYLF

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations and leadership
Act as Responsible Person when required
Mentor educators and strengthen educational practice
Lead reflective practice and improvement initiatives
Support compliance and quality standards
Build positive relationships with families and staff
About You
Diploma or Bachelor (ACECQA approved)
Leadership experience in early learning
Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF
Excellent communication and organisational skills
WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
