This role also involves welcoming School community members and guests; the support and hospitality of the Primary School Reception; delivering a friendly, efficient, confidential and professional service always, both in person and on the telephone.
About You You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following: Experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail Experience in engaging with primary aged children Experience in administering basic First Aid to students Excellent administration and organisational skills Experience working in a small and busy team environment with the ability to work well under pressure An understanding of the sensitive and confidential nature of matters involved in the role The ability to work independently, intuitively and flexibly Proven experience establishing good working relationships with students, parents, staff and the school community Desirable: Previous experience utilising a database system, such as Synergetic, is highly regarded All team members at CGS are required to have:
