Work alongside a Tier 1 Owner Operator Organisation and play and integral part in the overall success of the project Generous remuneration packages that includes a Base Wage + site allowances + shift allowance + 11.5% Super and annual bonus About The role CSI Mining Services has an immediate requirement for an experienced Mining/Haulage Supervisor to join their on haulage team on their client Rio Tinto's Bauxite Operations based at Weipa, Northern Queensland.
This role reports into the Mining Superintendent, were you will be responsible for providing high quality guidance and leadership to the haulage teams, through mentoring, coaching and for ensuring a safe work environment.
This role will be an 14:7 roster consisting of 7D/7N/7X FIFO roster from Brisbane or Cairns.




Organising and scheduling the haulage crew to meet daily production targets Management of production and mechanical break-down issues Accountability for providing comprehensive reporting to the management team on production achievements, challenges and issues Providing effective guidance, coaching and mentoring to site personnel Maintaining and fostering a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service Development of working relationships with key stakeholders on site What is required Previous experience working in haulage and working towards production targets Previous experience successfully leading a team Demonstrated strong problem solving, lateral thinking and analytical skills Solid communication skills, written and verbal with an ability to import knowledge, coach and mentor others About CSI Mining Services CSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (MinRes), is one of Australia's largest mining services contractors.
