We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Violence Team Leader to lead a dedicated team supporting victim-survivors of family and domestic violence.
Based in Mackay , this rewarding leadership role will oversee accommodation, outreach, case management and after-hours services, ensuring victim survivors receive safe, high-quality, trauma-informed support on their journey to recovery.

About the Role As the Family Violence Team Leader, you will provide operational leadership across a range of specialist family violence programs and services.
You will champion best-practice service delivery, support and develop staff, ensure compliance and quality standards are achieved, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders, community partners and internal leadership teams, you will play a key role in strengthening services that support victim survivors to rebuild their lives in a safe and empowering environment.
